Laser Cut Rubber Gaskets

You just never know what someone is going to need next. We had a customer come in with some antique gas cans that he uses for transporting diesel for his tractor. They leak near the nozzles.

So we looked into it, learned that Nitrile rubber is what we wanted, took some measurements on the cans, drew it up in Corel and laser cut some gaskets for them!

No More Leaking Diesel!

Public Service Announcement
NITRILE RUBBER Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber, usually shortened to Nitrile, was developed in 1941 as the first oil resistant rubber. Grades with high acrylonitrile content have better oil resistance whereas low acrylonitrile content gives better low temperature flexibility and resilience. Nitrile has moderate physical properties but good abrasion resistance. Gas permeability is low.
