Entering this in the postcard creator
Put your camper’s name in the name field. Camp Carpenter is pre-filled in the camp-name field and is included automatically in the mailing line. For routing, enter your pack number in the Troop / community field (for example, 123) and the campsite name in the Campsite field (for example, Pine Campsite) — the postcard prints “Pack 123 — Pine Campsite” so Camp Carpenter staff can route your camper’s mail.
Day camp
Day campers go home each evening, so mail sent during the session may not reach them before the program ends. If your camper is attending a day-camp program, consider the timing carefully before ordering. For resident, Akela, and overnight programs, allow time for printing, postal transit, and camp distribution.

Give the postcard time to arrive
Successful delivery depends on three separate stages, and the timing of each can vary:
- Forman3D production — printing and preparing your postcard for mailing.
- USPS transit — First-Class Mail delivery to the camp.
- Camp distribution — Camp Carpenter sorting mail by pack and campsite.
Send early enough to allow time for printing, postal delivery, and internal camp distribution. For an overnight session, many families prepare mail before their camper leaves home. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date or hand-delivery to your camper.
