Can I upload my own photo?
Yes. Upload a photo or artwork for the front, adjust the crop, and add optional front text before writing the message on the back.
Can I send a customer thank-you postcard?
Yes. The customer thank-you starting point works for a single client or customer. The current service sends one postcard to one recipient per order.
How much can I write?
The message area allows up to 560 characters so the note remains readable beside the postal address area.
How long does delivery take?
Printing, mailing, and delivery typically take about 5-7 business days. Timing is estimated and not guaranteed.
Can I send to more than one person?
Each order currently sends one postcard to one U.S. recipient. Create a separate order for each additional recipient.
Is the postcard message private?
No. A postcard is visible during printing, postal handling, and delivery. Do not include private, confidential, or sensitive information.
