What we collect
Information you provide
When you fill out forms, place an order, request a quote, or prepare a letter, we may collect your name, email, phone number, mailing addresses, letter contents, project details, and any files or notes you submit.
Operational data
We may collect request IDs, timestamps, page URLs, device and browser details, and other technical logs needed to operate, debug, secure, and improve the service.
Limited usage analytics
We use site telemetry and session analytics to understand traffic, page usage, and workflow friction. For free letter-builder use, we may store limited draft metadata even when a paid mailing is not completed. If you request an AI-assisted review or manual review, we may store the draft and review results needed to operate, debug, and improve that review process.
How we use information
- To respond to quote requests and other inquiries
- To prepare, review, print, invoice, ship, or mail requested work
- To process payments and tie payment returns back to saved requests
- To detect abuse, spam, fraud, or broken workflows
- To improve the products, templates, and site experience
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run a bulk-mailing or blanket-outreach platform through the letters service.
- We do not publish your submitted project details or private letter contents as marketing material without clear permission.
Service-specific notes
Letters
If you choose paid mailing, we store the sender, recipient, and letter details needed to fulfill the request and review it operationally. If you only use the free builder, we aim to store limited metadata instead of full unsent letter contents by default, unless you request AI-assisted review, manual review, or another service that requires us to process the draft.
AI-assisted review
For Letters, we may use AI-assisted review tools to help check clarity, tone, missing details, mailing readiness, and service-policy risk. We limit what is sent for review when practical, but draft text and related review context may be processed by Forman3D and its service providers to provide the review and protect the mailing service from abuse.
Signage and quotes
Quote and signage forms may collect contact information, project descriptions, door schedules, configuration selections, and order details so we can review, price, and produce the work.
Tasks
Tasks.forman3d.com stores the information needed to operate the app for its intended users, including task records, workflow state, and account-related usage data.
Payments and third parties
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Square. Fraud checks and form protection may involve third-party services such as Cloudflare Turnstile. We also use Microsoft Clarity for behavioral analytics. AI-assisted review may involve third-party AI service providers. Those providers may collect or process data under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as it is reasonably needed for fulfillment, operations, recordkeeping, abuse prevention, service improvement, or review of disputed or rejected mailing requests. Review logs and draft-review records are intended for administrative use. We use practical administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion requests for information you submitted to Forman3D. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate operational, legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and the live policy content at this URL.
